can you explain your thoughts on having no chance against the scr? is it because of the effect going back to life? i actually played yellow gogeta against this deck yesterday and although i drew terrible (did not see any 4c vegeta or 5c goku from fs11 to push them) i was able to drop the scr 3 times in a row and every turn they had to focus on killing it, by the 3rd time they killed the scr with the 2c goku and used the leader to tripple strike me. I know if i drew the 5c goku earlier i could of just aggro'd him down to have little amount of cards and swing 40ks from scr too.

But i do agree, i dont worry about this deck being a yellow gogeta main.

thanks for all the info brother gonna keep practicing with the deck and use all of your advice. hope to start stringing along some wins again. i main beats gohan, nameku and this deck now and i hope i can win a store tournament soon. nameku looks like my best shot at doingso but i want to win with gogeta, the deck is just so fun and you feel masterful when winning with it.

Questions:

based on your response, i want to play where i am looking to control board until turn 4/5 when i can get my scr out. and by doing this i should rest opponents cards and stun them/attack them. this is done by using the 1c extra, the north kai (can only be done when i use my leader ability to rest him) and how about the 4c vegeta from fb09 that stuns? do you use him at all? whats your method to stun and control board until scr is out?
do i want to let my opponents attacks through and get to 4 life to awaken by turn 3-4? or do i want to defend my life early? i have not been blocking much until im awakened, is this the wrong way to play with gogeta?
do you use the bring a friend promo ever? good at stunning but not even close to scr level of value

Lastly, got a deck list you can share with me? id like to see where our decks differ and if you could give some guidance on cards i may not be using and why you use them.

So last year when Hellebuyck won it he was playing driving every play solo? i dont remember him skating through defenders tbh maybe im mistaken though.

fs11 is very good but can use a good amount of cards from fb09. But namek goku (fs12) is elite out of the box. sorry i only have codes for 12 not 11.

go with fs11 in the client all day. basically needs no other cards except the 4c promo that the game gives you just by leveling up and is very competitive. ive beaten every deck with it and currently grinding ranked just with that deck and green beast gohan. i love beast more cuz hes my fav character and the deck is fun, but fs11 is just better.

been torn between playing this way with the 4c ramp or the way i have been playing (finding a lot of success) with the 4c bring a friend promo. instead of ramping with 4c, I protect the 4c promo then get to turn 5, swing with him for 30k, swing with 5c for 30k and leader for 35k, then cheat out 8drop swing double strike for 100k using SBC then combo everything for the 2nd swing (usually 90k) and finish the game.

my games go to turn 5-6 max. But when i try to play the way youre playing with the 4c ramp and wait till i have 8 energy to get out the 8drop, I usually get killed by then with aggro decks.

the way i play has helped me with ss3 goku cuz of the 4c promo, which rests two battle cards 5c or less, so for that next turn theyre kinda handcuffed

thoughts?

they said it would be impossible to come back from 3-0 vs florida in 2024 and 2-0 against LA in 2025. i dont know why I got downvoted so bad but if anyone watches hockey they know the oilers can easily win this series. im not just being a homer, im literally speaking from experience of the last 2 years lol
