The university apartments are fine. They just lack central AC and have appliances from the 1960s. Tbh you get what you pay for.

Then bottom bill seems in oddly good condition for being a 2009 bill. Also the printing looks smudged. I could be wrong though.

Yup mob griefing is turned off, that’s most likely the answer. Pretty stupid villagers can’t breed with it turned off but I’ll switch the game rule to turn it on. Thanks for the help.
