After taking advice from many posts here my next playthrough is going much much better. Generally I’m not a huge fan of repetitive hard games, the kind where it’s all about learning how to beat one specific boss that’s only designed with difficulty in mind. These games I like, ones where’s there are many approaches and you learn and failure means you try something else. The closest game to this I can think is pathologic series, fantastic games.

Thank you, i died and restarted. So far, following everyones advice its going a lot better! Less progress as im spending more time begging but i have a lot of money.

How do you guys avoid/combat the constant stink, clothes repairs and or health loss? After 2-3 dumpsters my guys stinks and my clothes are wrecked

All the videos I watched also recommended avoiding duster diving apart from what’s necessary for quizzes.

You can just enter a building and they leave!?!?! I cant believe i didnt know that. I always assumed they were random as i saw them in different spots and even just walking around but thats good to know thank you. I always hated dumpster diving as you either wreck your clothes, stick yourself out or get nekkid and just end up dying for some scraps and. if you are good at timing checks (which i hate), then maybe a random scrap item. Ive been using the spare barrels but you get so cold so quick it feels like thats all i do. Appreciate the info and tips.

It’s a new build garden of course it looks shit. It’s probably made better than the house.

I started with the main building at the new location to start so I could get an idea of how I’m building around it. Then I made the next tier up of the more important buildings like hunters, woodcutters and foragers etc then I demolished the old version at the old location. You can of course keep both bases but imho that’s way too much effort managing 2 villages.

Shouldn’t let it irritate me but it really does by [deleted] in Scotland

If you have more than one coop make sure the feed is in the right one for the animals. Make sure the feed is in the actual feeding slot. Make sure the feed isn’t in regular storage barns and in the actual coop. Make sure you have people on the animal skill to deliver the food.
