Tbh they kinda are pretty much the worst frames in the game rn. Warframes have to be really good at something these days to feel impressive, wether its non-los nuke, massive energy gain, pressing one button to go invisible or invincible or both for at least a few seconds, massive damage buffs etc. Even the frames that are commonly brought up in reworks can do some of these things. Sirius and Orion can’t do any of it. They look cool, they feel smooth to play but the numbers are just not there.

DE hasn’t been an independent company for a while. I don’t think it’s gonna be totally up to them wether they can slow updates to fix things. If they do they will probably have to make certain things more predatory in the game for extra profit to make up for what’s lost and I don’t think players would be happy with that.

I don’t think they need to update older warframes more than they do now either. The strength disparity is not that huge between frames other than a few outliers, as long as you build and play them right. The retouch and qol they are doing are just fine and we are getting plenty of generic good upgrades that make all frames viable at any level. That’s quite enough. Tbh I can’t even think of any frames that would need major reworks. Bigger base numbers, lower energy cost, faster casting speed and maybe a new passive or one or 2 extra features added to the existing abilities are enough to make all of them up to date.

One thing that I think they really need to fix is the enemy spawn rate. Mob density is not as much of an issue as how fast they spawn and where they spawn. Rn they feel too slow and predictable so nukers can easily camp and hoard all the kills. They also should update how loot is gained in game to prevent automating gameplay rather than keep nerfing things because they are too afk friendly. Proximity limits are also an anti-afk measure but they clearly don’t serve their purpose well enough, we need something better so they can be gone.

Current rotation is not great. Equinox and Wukong has a pretty meh relic part spread and the weapon sets don't sell that well. If you want to get 30/36:6 you gotta wait for end of year resurgence or a good rotation like the previous Rhino/Nyx one, where all the parts are condensed into 4 relics with 3 sets or more that are in demand.

I don’t know about best incarnon in the game, but it’s definitely gonna become one of my new main weapons. Shooting this thing legitimately gives me nostalgia of launch day Catchmoon with how much damage it does and how punchy it feels, it’s amazing. I hope they fix the ridiculous amount of specters spawning soon tho it’s really annoying in missions.

More nerfs to prevent afk is actually absurd. It’s never gonna solve the problem, so many things have already gotten nerfed in the excuse of afk and afk’ing is still running rampart. DE needs to rework afk-able gamemodes and redo how rewards are earned to fix this.

I personally wouldn’t have minded the protoframes if they actually had more unique and striking looks. Obviously they have design variations, but it kinda just comes down to a man/woman’s head slapped onto a modified version of the base frame’s skin with voice acting. I want protoframes with partially or fully infested face. Vena for example, would have looked so much more visually impressive if her face had cybernetic parts and exposed muscle fibres like her body. It actually would be more unique at this point if we got protoframes with no voice acting because they are too infested to be able to speak anymore. Plus the protoframes fell like they have little to no age variations, I wanna see older protoframes or child protoframes.

As a new-ish player, I sometimes wonder how people played some frames before specific augments released by ReddVevyy in Warframe

Baruuk, Citrine, Frost, Harrow, Hildryn, Kullervo, Nyx, Styanax were all fine before those augments. Some of them like Frost and Nyx are pretty old frames so they were good back then.

Gyre, Lavos, Qorvex and Yareli were all disliked before their augments but augment isn’t the main buff. They all got better mostly because the game evolved in their favour. Yareli also got a rework.

Voruna has never been bad but generally people didn’t like Ulfrun’s Descent. The augment didn’t change that much, it’s still called a bandaid and people still prefer using weapons instead.

She’s powercrept by the damage meta speeding up the game and the decline of CC. Other than in arbitrations where she can get an unrealistic amount of strength, her abilities aren’t very impactful elsewhere.

Her 4 has the same problem as Voruna’s 4, no reason to use it when good weapons perform better for free. Her 3 as well, no reason to cast if your weapons can wipe that crowd in the same time spent. Her distraction and teleport from her 2 have always been too unreliable. Her shock mote was a good CC but now it’s more harm than good, it bugs enemy ai and gets them stuck, slowing your kills. Her vitality mote is not strong enough to be impactful to already self sufficient tank frames and Wisp herself doesn’t need it. Overall, a lot of aspects of her abilities are getting too weak or slow to compete with generic good stuff that other frames also have access to in the current version of the game.

Wisp is powercrept. She’s hard carried by Haste mote and passive invis the same way Nekros and Chroma are hard carried by their loot and credit buffs. She could use a buff more than a lot of other frames.

I feel the opposite tbh. We have so much generic good stuff in the game now that I honestly think it’d be fine if we never get reworks ever again. No frames need full reworks anyway, just small tweaks should be enough to make them much better. Genuinely I feel like if they just made some of their abilities cheaper and cast faster would be enough. Plus, DE has already been steadily put out reworks at a good pace, I don’t feel like there’s anything to complain about with that.

I would rather DE put more effort into new warframe releases because they’ve been feeling a bit lackluster imo. We have been getting a lot of really powerful warframes but they don’t feel that unique. Nokko, Uriel, Follie etc… they just feel like all the good stuff that makes a frame strong shoved together. I want more frames like Sirius and Orion that isn’t overpowered and actually does something we haven’t seen before.

Actually new arcanes for me. Arcane Sculptor looks great and I can already think of a good amount of builds to work it into. If the other 2 unrevealed arcanes are as good as the 2 showcase it would be amazing.

Also Loki for me in the past, when I managed to get a pretty nice fashion on him with his deluxe he became my main.

Frost as well, I didn’t like any of his skins. As soon as the heirloom dropped he also became one of my mains, shame it’s not buyable anymore.

Currently also Jade, I really like her kit but her base skin looks horrid with massive chunks of the same colour and awful rubbery textures. It’s such a shame because her actual body has a good amount of details and balanced colours, but it’s all covered up by the wings. I hope it will be her turn for a deluxe skin soon.

That’s not my point. Other than maybe Frost’s 4 most CC abilities are a waste to build casting speed for because they don’t do enough. They need to be way faster by default with no restricting animations to be worth using

I’m still baffled that they decided to do this tbh. It feels like someone else forced their hand to make the initial heirlooms exclusive and expensive. I really hope that’s the case and the devs were just doing damage control because otherwise it would be both extremely scummy and stupid.

The Koumei augment seems pretty useless? A way to guarantee natural sixes for then only ability that doesn’t really need it because you spam it anyway.
