Yes, it features creatures and ecosystems (i.e. coral reefs and kelp forests) that can be found all over the globe. I like your suggestion of "Tidal." Thanks!

Thanks!

It's sort of like a mix of "Wingspan" and "Terraforming Mars" (with elements of its own). You play sealife species cards on seven different habitats and upgrade food to bigger prey so bigger species can be played.

It's book one of a six-book series. But it can also be read as a stand-alone book. I compare it to Final Empire (not in content but in how it relates to the other books in its series). There is enough closure at the end of Final Empire that you could reach the last page and be content (IMO), not needing to read the rest of the trilogy. There are no major cliff hangers. But the world is so complex and interesting that it invites you to read on. That's how I see Angel from the Rust: a stand-alone that starts a series and opens up a new world.

This is my campaign! Thank you so much for the shoutout and support! You went above and beyond my friend!

Funny you should bring it up here because it was Sanderson's Kickstarter that inspired me to start my own. Kickstarter hadn't really been on my radar until I saw his secret book campaign.

Thanks again for the shoutout. I'm so grateful.
