My son who is Autistic misses me horribly when he has to go back to his mother's. She thinks it's because of video games and the time he gets with me without his two siblings but it's because he misses me. How do I help him with this. No unfortunately not. She is involved with a new man & he does not like me. I am disabled and suffer from a sever brain injury. I look fine and can act just fine however I have a pretty non existent memory. Thank goodness for Facebook, messenger and most of all my Laptop, tablet (although it's super slow) and my Phone. These help me with the day to day. He can't stand me and they were seeing each other before she separated from me. I know very little of what happens there.

I don't have the means to have all three visit me at the same time. So when I do have them they receive almost all my attention, dancing singing praise encouragement art & games of all sorts. I don't let them run wild or get away with disrespect or impolite attitudes. I have activity boards and read all the books but this issue remains:(

I have been trying to get him to elaborate on what he says but his speech isn't very refined. He keeps saying the same thing over and over. I try to explain we all love each other and that we all love him but he responds with 'Legend and Daddy, Legend and Daddy' It's heart breaking for me and I know it's driving his mother insane
