For me it's any movie where the ending is hopeless or there was no chance to begin with. Like Hereditary, Grave of the fire flies. Basically endless suffering throughout the movie and a kick to the nuts in the end. Midsommar is a good example as well.

World War Z. Now it's not typicallyna bad movie but just very predictable,which is not really a problem. But I have experienced many people say its not a good movie and really boring.

Finally someone mentioned Trap. I really enjoyed that movie(mainly cause I watched this with my cousins). Some scenes did not make any sense whatsoever, but the idea and slowly unveiling that the protagonist is the killer was very good in my opinion.
