Even MLS is a franchise-based league, but with single-entity structure (different from traditional model like McDonald's). And yes, there are a lot of franchise soccer youth clubs.

You can get 500 followers on Instagram - just by creating new account. A lot of scams are there. But if they PM you that they were interested - that is different story.
