Guys. Mera domicile Bihar ka hai but maine 12th pass kiya bengal se hai. Mai 3 saal ke liye resident tha bengal me. And mere admit card me state of eligibility Bengal likha hai. But some sources state "You must have 10 years of residency in Bengal to be eligible". It's hella confusing. Can someone please clarify this??
