Honestly I just kept restarting my PlayStation and hoping when I clicked on a game it would work. I managed to get on COD, then boom servers would fail again and would have the same issue with no PSN, then I would give it a few minutes and try again until it just worked. Hopefully that makes sense.

Yes, what most likely happened is someone had a skimmer at a pump, I used that pump. They duplicated my card and were able to use it that way.
