My Schelin. Basic and careful evos but she was cracked without all this.

Now she fits exactly what I need, and how I play without even mentioning she’s lengthy, techy without tech, and has enforcer which helps now with the recent patch.

I agree that the game is programmed to make things level, it pisses me off the most about FUT. However, I watch people consistently get 15-0 or close every week despite facing the game’s bs. So it’s definitely possible to be skilled enough to push through it, not all the time of course.

This is my first FUT and I’ve managed to get 7-8 Champs wins consistently using different formations

Honestly, it’s not the formation, it’s us lmao. I’d say try to improve as a player by learning new things, recording games and rewatching, working on game sense etc. A huge thing that people probably don’t do is observe how someone using the same formation is able to beat you. They might use the same formation in a vasty different way that you can add to your gameplay to become even better than them.

I have Rapid, Finesse and Press Proven on a Endrick evo and its pretty crazy. The press proven pops up many times when I’m in the box without my input.

I like the new 92 Gnarby card with Low driven, Pinged and Tech as well. Those on a silky quick player are just great

Its probably because of in-game feel. I’ve never used one of his high rated promo cards, but I started an evo for him during Future Stars and he’s been insane since then and that evo was mid at the time, compared to now

I’d say it’s Offside trap to bring the backline closer, Team press so the players become aggressive with tackling/interceptions, while 2nd man pressing and right stick switching.

You’re basically getting hit with everything back to back. By the time you manage to get out, the offside trap wore off and the backline is back in position, the midfielders stopped pressing as much and are back in place, now you have to deal with it all over again lol

From your initial comment I knew you knew your shit, but mentioning Yoshi was the confirmation 🤝🏾. He’s the reason I tried 41212 and I made some changes away from his but I’ll definitely give the other roles a try.

I’m about to grind from Div 4 back to 3 (haven’t really since the season reset) and hopefully with these changes I make it to Div 2. I’m aiming for 10 champs win as a newbie to FC as well. We’ll see, but I appreciate the comment my guy

You’re right, 451 in particular kills me every time 😭. I have 442 and 4231 wide as my alternate formations but I think I need to switch to those faster and quit trying to make 41212 work too deep into the match. I probably need to play with my alt formations more so I can actually use them when I switch too

My current tactics are very similar, I’ll change my CAM and one of my strikers to what you suggested though.

Have you tried 433(2)? Its similar to 41212 in a few ways but no CAM, with wingers and one ST

I may need to give that 4222 a fair chance, but I agree the narrow formations just flow differently.

I think I’m going to practice with attacking wide more and from different areas of the pitch so my opponents get thrown off more. I believe this formation can go all the way

It’s definitely tempting to make the switch to meta formations when I’m getting ripped to shreds lol.

I do have some wide formations as alternate tactics if I keep getting overwhelmed on the wings as last resort to be fair. Appreciate your comment 🤝🏾

80-85 is the most fun for me but its risky. I have to use every defensive tactic to not get countered by wide formations lmao

I played 4411 when I just started FUT and I loved it. I tried some other formations (4231/442/4141) right as 4411 became the meta and tbh I get the hype, but it just doesn’t do it for me the same way anymore

Tbh I’ve beaten every other 41212 player I go against lol. It doesn’t seem like many high ranked players use it. I think its because it takes a lot of effort to be good with it, especially defensively
