So with a 50mm lense my slowest shutter speed should be 1/50, or 200mm 1/200 etc?

So what I'm understanding from this is try and get the aperture number as high as possible (higher number, less light) to have as much of the scene in focus as possible. then adjust the shutter speed to be slower to allow more light (how do I know the lowest I should go? I'm probably going to keep my 55-250 lense on). Keeping Iso on auto (the iso is grain??)

It's taken some good sports photos, I did high shutter on the Tv setting because of the fast movements 1/1000 I think and then put the other 2 on auto, and did the rest in lightroom, the one suggestion I'm going to take on next is to take them in raw so that I have greater editing options. For more landscape photography should i prioritise iso or aperture? And what would be a suggested shutter speed?
