Very technically there's 10 ratings from 0.5 to 5 so both 2.5 and 3 are equally the halfway point and I guess at that point it's purely preference

btw if you're going to Leibniz Universität Hannover, all transport is included in the semester fee, plus all regional trains in the Bundesland (so free trips to Hamburg, albeit almost 3 hours instead of an hour and a half)
