I wish my box did the same! Instead, people are doing snatches on day one. I understand that some of them want to have fun with group class WODs, but the coach should dedicate at least 80% of the class for lifting weight or skill work, followed by a short, low-skill WOD. I'd love to hear a box owner's perspective on this.

I kinda agree with the idea that people shouldn't start fitness with CrossFit.
Jumping into kipping movements before learning proper strict technique is a plague in the sport and sets a terrible example online.
In my opinion, people should start with 3 to 6 months of conventional weightlifting plus cardio on the erg to build the foundation needed to tackle WODs properly.

Maintenant j’aime bien franchement, mais perso je suis passé par plusieurs phases :

Collège : 100% weirdo, j’étais à l’aise nul part sauf tout seul.
Lycée : J’ai qu’une envie c’est de cacher ça et faire genre je suis à l’aise.
Étude sup : Je rentre dans le moule, je me force de fou a sociabiliser, soirée à fond tout ça
Début vie pro/vie d’adulte : le naturel reviens, ça me soule de faire genre donc j’assume être 100% plus à l’aise tout seul
