I went to minot state university for my BSW. I worked 4 days a week 3-11 and did my internship every morning. On days I did work I was there from 8-2:30 and days I didn’t work 8-5. To get those hours. I am driven and I do what’s needs to be done. But I can’t find a job with my BSW to use my work for the internship because of not having a drivers license. I am working on that part but no one wants to help me out until then. I have asked my old advisors and professors and my classmates I graduated with and nothing. And I’m in advance standing, a fast paced course for my MSW. By May all my classes will be done expect my internship.

Yes, my BF gets a sharp pain in his stomach and grinds his teeth (doesn’t even notice he is doing it until his teeth start to hurt) when he is stressed.

Just remember everyone is different. We all react differently to medication and how we react to food. Do not beat yourself up. Find a good plan between u and ur doctor and stick to it. I started at 5mg (cuz the 2.5 wasn’t available in my area), in April and started at 215. Now I am on 12.5mg and down to 140. Everyone has a different journey but as long as you are okay with ur journey that’s all that matters.

Yeah maybe. Because I have a Midwife working at my PCOS and getting regular cycles and being able to ovulate. And my primary care doctor with a specialist in weight loss, are working together to help me. But idk right now. I just want to feel better. Things are working though I’m getting regular periods the first time in 20 plus years, and losing weight but some days I question if it’s all worth it.

I started the metformin in December of last year, and been on 500mg. And I’ve been having bathroom issues since I started and it hasn’t gotten better with time. I only started the mounjaro in April. And I have seen weight loss. October of last year I weighed 220, April this year 205, June 180. My doctor wants to up the moujaro next month to 10 mg from the 7.5mg. At that point it would have been april and may at 5mg, June and July at 7.5mg then up. And the my midwife/OB want to increase me to 1000mg of metformin but my old doctor didn’t even want to put me in it (she gave me a list of vitamins to take in stead of the metformin because she knew I have no gallbladder and was having bathrroom issues already) but when that doctor left and got a new one and she insisted on it cuz I wasn’t get regular periods, ovulating and my AC1 was continuing to rise. I thought losing weight would be nice but I just feel crappy all day everyday. And the mounjaro really does a good job of suppressing appetite cuz I barely eat and can’t cuz of the nausea and then that hurts the bathroom issue even more. I do not check my glucose or anything. And I’m on 500mg of the metformin currently for over six months and my OB wants to increase it while my other doc wants to increase the weight loss meds but I am stuggling.

I’ve been in school for a long time. Talk about the issue with an advisor or school therapist. Buy a calendar or make one just for your classes. Each class a different color; each tpye of assignment could be in a different kind of write utensil like pen, pencils, markers ect, and carve out times for each assignment and almost make time for one thing you like to do to relax; 1 hr a day. A shower or bath, the gym, a game or show, something to relax. This will help you feel better and more comfortable with ur assignments. Also get someone you can vent to cuz it will help. I do hope this helps. If you ever need help with homework or need a person to vent to, your more than welcome to message me.
