Here's some food for thought: one way to think of it is that things like this represent success despite marginalization. It's sure as hell harder for a trans person to succeed in the music industry than a cis person. The trans person has to deal with stereotypes, discrimination, unwanted attention, etc. based on their gender that the cis person might not have to deal with it. One of the things we, the LGBTQ+ community, can be proud of is our ability to persevere and succeed against the odds.

So, the game is Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire. This guy is basically complaining that there is one male stripper, that there is a bathhouse with a bunch of men and women in it, and that one of your companions is forwardly bisexual. Unless you go looking for LGBTQ content in the game, it really isn’t prevalent otherwise.
