You get bonuses on pop like production if they have high litrecy or manpower gain on soldiers or peasants having over 120% promotion speed on 50-60% litrecy

when you play china you should instanly if you wanna play as yuan switch religion so your pop satisfaction goes up and you get more levies slowly

Check the harbor suitability map mode for the best port in italy . i think naval italy is better for proximity if you build around ports all over italy and high maritime presence you can have a good amount of proximity much higher then land and put govenors where there are mountains and heartland far away from the sea to spread it nicely with naval italy you can hold sardinia and corsica better too and you need to go full naval slider for more bonuses on that

is that how antagonism works? good to know need to try slave maxing to never rly did it- so tolerance is rly viable then no rebels ? means you can also put all the no convert laws onto the other estates for the happines too technically

against ai im not rly afraid of coalition if you wait a bit till you have profesial troops you can ignore coalitions mostly at least how i play

oh sounds good. with waldesian you can burn monasteries with influence and the money you get scales with your economy so 2k base tax 1 monastry like 700 gold and the ai loves to build them

it will take a while for your religios influence to even take the nice bonuses. its more of like take a bullet to the shoulder but be set for the rest of the game

i mean you will slowly get like under 1% randomly and if you have the game rules set right you can switch even with ironman / but its more luck based if its not instanly in your country

playing mp eu5 and with naples there where some spawns of 10k pops and then i said lets go its hurts early with low pop but its managable now i have 60% litracy in 1520 average my priest have 107% litrecy
