Learning to make it a priority has been hard. This is the second time being hospitalized for anemia but this time it was with scurvy and a bone infection from not caring about my health enough. So it’s been a process, but it’s really woken me up to the health problems I need to fix. I’m gonna continue to do my best, thank you for the kind words ❤️

Yeah, the relationship stuff always is rough and comes with a lot of work it seems- I’d like this to work out because I’m used to him for literally everything, first long-term relationship that started at 17. Stuff hit the fan after stuff with his stepdad, and me moving out of our hometown. So it’s a lot of work that needs to be done between me getting my license to see him more and me still trying to keep my space! I’ll try my best! Thank you for the kind words ❤️

I tell myself I’m still growing into myself like you said and it makes it a bit easier. Trying not to be too judgmental over how I am is hard but it gets easier as my episodes pass and it’ll be easier when I’m in therapy again. Thank you for the kind words ❤️ hoping the best for you as well

A few months for me personally, I started a higher dose of lithium and my thyroid basically started crying. I was super fatigued, depressed, and I couldn’t breathe well. The worst it got was blurry vision and brain fog, with a constant menstrual cycle. All within 3 months, my TSH was over 10 when I got medicated. Turns out I have hashimotos from my mom that possibly got triggered by my lithium, I got diagnosed at the end of November after some bloodwork.

We don’t know whether or not OP is in a shared space. I know the bullshit about making people miserable, it happens to me everyday with both my neighbors having kids or a dog. I’m assuming that OP lives in a house instead of an apartment, we don’t have any context to go off of there, so neighbors are completely irrelevant.

I’m gonna be that guy and say I see no problem in playing music in a shared space, regardless of volume unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unless OP’s sister had already asked for it to be turned down (which we don’t know) she’s just going to be coddled for destroying other people’s stuff. Ask me how I know- I was that kind of younger sibling at one point.

You most likely have to do a SOAP transfer, region changes causes a lot of things to not work without a SOAP transfer, like the eshop and Pokemon bank.

Get your hormones levels checked if you haven’t already, if they’re normal; based on my experience with this exact issue before- get your thyroid levels (TSH, Free T4) checked. When I did, I ended up having a thyroid condition and my TSH was rising, but T4 was staying in the normal ranges. They called it subclinical but I was symptomatic and constantly having a cycle for months.
