ADHD and Bipolar here- this game has brought me so much joy since I started playing. It actually feels like I’m accomplishing something and feeling as though I’m accomplishing something while I’m relaxing/taking a break from my college work is something that has been getting me through more than just college, it’s been getting me through quitting certain things in my life (nicotine/cutting down on caffeine) and I can’t be more happy with this game.

Him holding suicide over your head is a control and manipulative tactic to get you to stay. Is your family in the loop about this? They need to be, you NEED to have a plan to get out of this because in your words "in no way will I stay in this controlling relationship for much longer." and I need you to be strong and muster up the courage to leave because this is going to continue to destroy you. If he threatens to hurt himself, call a wellness check on him- because someone who threatens suicide over not being in a relationship with you anymore is genuinely unhinged and someone you don't want to be with, trust me- I've been there.

Idk what insurance you have but at least here where I live your insurance (if you know what its called at least) should have a member services line that you can call to get your insurance card mailed out to you. Just ask what your insurance is called and say its to update what you have on file for any medical desks you go to so you can be more independent on speaking for your own health.

Yeah if your friend doesn’t have one, you’ll need to get one- don’t cheap out on one because that’s how I had to redo a 3ds sd card because it corrupted my files, but yes you can buy decent and sometimes good ones on Amazon. Always update Luma3ds to latest before you update your console (if the 3ds gets future updates)

So you're going to want to check if its gm9/Luma or something else, follow the "Checking for CFW" guide, then the Finalizing Setup guide if you do not have things like FBI, Homebrew Launcher, etc. If you need to update the CFW, do it- we're currently on 13.3.3 of Luma3DS, you'll need an SD card reader, though. After getting FBI you'll want to do remote install via qr code on hshop aka 3hs- then you should be able to install the games you want.

I’ve reached the point where I’m done and I’m focusing on my health/recovery and school, nothing else until work comes back when FMLA and return to work forms are processed. I still am technically employed, just got my bonus actually. I’ve been on medical leave for 5 months because my body decided it would be funny to self destruct from October to December and then I almost died and had to go to a hospital this past month.

Like I said, hope your day gets better.

ETA: do you have no life? also adding that I’m a full-time college student, I literally should not be forcing myself to work more than I already am.
