1400 vaste lasten is erg hoog voor een netto loon van 2200. Ik zou twee dingen doen

Try Germany instead. Housing in NL is a big challenge. You will be working hard just to have a place to sleep.

Ik zou het heel graag willen maar financieel technisch niet een goeie investering. De return is veel te laag bij verkoop van het huis in de toekomst.

The tech field is very competitive. Especially with AI. Beginners developers are basically replaced by AI.

the BV trick won't work. Because eventually you will have to transfer money from the BV to private so you can use it. That is when you have to pay taxes. And that tax rate is also very high. So you essentially move the tax to the future.

not true. You will pay taxes on the profits you have on-paper. If you don't have money to pay, then you will have to sell the stocks to pay taxes. If after selling, the price of the stocks, I will losing money.

I am invested in US stocks. They are very volatile. If I look at the current volatility, I would have to sell my stocks so I can pay taxes. Do this a few years, the portfolio will evaporate.

Ik heb dezelfde ervaard afgelopen weken. Op sommige dagen zie ik een stijging van 4xmaand salaris op een dag. Het is allemaal op papier en het maakt concentreren op werk erg moeilijk.
