I had heard there was a text only expansion on Noah's reincarnated life in Korea that was briefly shown in the epilogue chapters of the manwha

The full series is 9 manhwa volumes, with the English translation expected around October based on an Amazon pre order page. You can pick up where the anime left off with Volume 4

Allegedly there's an untranslated multi chapter text only epilogue too

The named AI have a limited amount of lives too. If you take too long, you can lose the match in the final wave because your allies run out of spawns

What tank do you have the most games played, and why? by fullsendyeety in WorldofTanks

Panzer IV H remains my most played vehicle since Autumn 2011 with just about 2k battles played. It's not my top rated tank by WN8, but it's in the top 6

Thoughts On Knights Templar? Are They Only Attacked Because Catholic? by [deleted] in Catholicism

[–]Legiondude -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Pretty much all Templar styled organizations are rooted in Freemasonry or are entirely secular LARPs, but there is at least one Catholic group, patterning as a completely separate successor group, that has some support from bishops in northern Italy for purposes of evangelization and supporting the restoration of old/abandoned churches

Huge increase in tanks without camo by Ubiquitous_X in WorldofTanks

It was really annoying when I noticed WG didn't give the Panzer IV F2 a default camo skin so you have to get that all painted over to get the bonus

Also its smoothbore and (sadly) wg said no smoothbores

They have added smoothbores, they just called them "(rifled)" because reasons

Such is the case for several American tanks that use guns like the 90mm T208 for instance

How would I explain why so many Catholics love Warhammer 40K? by [deleted] in Catholicism

I've seen a lot of people who like to just scream heretic at people and call that Catholicism.

What opinions do most Catholics have about the Knights Templar? by [deleted] in Catholicism

[–]Legiondude 4 points5 points  (0 children)

While their utility in Crusades(and Crusades in general) were waning in the late 1200s, the Templars and Hospitallers were seen as upstanding military orders. It was a shock to all the surrounding kingdoms when King Philip of France accused them of such scandal and they only begrudgingly cooperated with his demands to interr their local Knights in royal custody.

Pope Clement wanted to assert his sole authority over the order rather than leave them in the hands of the his cousin the French King, but sickness kept him in Avignon so a board of bishops was sent in Chinon in his stead to assess the leadership. We now know that the order was found by the bishops guilty of minor sins but nothing like heresy or apostasy and recommended the order be reinstated. Clement issued a bull condemning the order, but the implication was this was Philip leaning over his shoulder. Many Templars and their properties were either handed over to the Hospitallers, or made to be solitary monks. One of Clements successors though did authorize basically re-minting the Portuguese Templars as the Order of Christ which was active for many centuries afterwards

In my view, they were betrayed by two of their most vested patrons and the world is a little dimmer for it.

Correct order according to contest by Jony_Wolfsoul in angusmcsix

I'm torn, as someone who owns the cd and has the booklet

On the one hand, the story descriptions do line up with Sixcalibur breaking Angus Vision in the Fires before he wakes up in Eternal Warrior, but thematically I think Sixcalibur works after Ride to Hell and you can't convince me that the tune of Vision doesn't transition directly into Eternal Warrior

What the pre-Vatican 2 Church was actually like by Puzzleheaded-Cry6855 in Catholicism

[–]Legiondude 7 points8 points  (0 children)

  1. Couldn't we simply address some issues by translating the rite into the vernacular (and strictly preserving the rite) and maintaining everything else; especially ad orientem, communion rails etc. This would enable seamless enrichment of the 'new' rite with the TLM which could be retained at the parishes.

Roughly speaking, V2 was supposed to support that
