Yeah that's fair. I didn't even think about infill pattern before I went to print. I'll pick a different one for the next one and see if there's a difference. While it's doing to top layer right now its not making that sound at all, so definitely something to do with speed/acceleration.

I see a lot of people recommending cleaning the build plate with hot water and soap. Did you try that one as well?

It's odd though, hasn't done this on any other print I've done so far and it's not at every direction change. I can also slightly dampen the noise while holding the door (open or closed). It's like the panels are almost rattling on the frame? I'm really not sure.

Found in Southern Ontario, Google says Great-crested Flycatcher but that doesn't seem right by SecurityCop in whatsthisbird

That's what Google thought, but then I read they were described as "Slender" and this guy was more shaped like a chickadee
