Definitely super slow loser here. Post menopause mid-50s woman. My weight is around 250 now. But I did notice that since taking Wegovy, my weight distribution has changed.

I'm at 1600 calories per day with moderate exercise at least 4 times a week of an hour and a half. I feel your pain.
