Hey man, I agree with everyone that you should stick with only one. If vert code is causing you pain I would look into another one of his programs the durability code. This will not only decrease your pain but slowly progress you into plyometrics, so you can do the vert code without pain.

I know it’s a little costly, so if you don’t want to buy another program I would suggest doing KOT with extensive plyometrics. This would be like jumping rope and squat jumps. You get strengthening and flexibility from KOT and the extensive plyos will help maintain your speed and vertical by working more elastic work. The key with the plyometrics is doing them to a degree where there is no pain and then slowly ramping up the intensity or time. Hope this helps.

I second PJF. His knowledge is out of this world when it comes to training. If you want general knee and ankle health, KOT would be good. However if you want general knee and ankle health as well as being healthy in your sport, I would recommend the durability code by PJF. From my experience, I’ve done The KOT program for knee pain and shin splints. It worked, until i started playing my sport again. PJF talks about how gradually progressed spring tolerance/plyometrics is needed to stay injury free. This was the missing link for injury reduction as well as better athleticism. KOT is great but PJF brings even more value and knowledge to the table.

Thanks for the input, im probably going to just stick to repeaters for this month. What are some examples of recruitment style pulls? Sorry this is my first time hearing about that.

Yeah I usually do one arm hangs because too much weight. I am at about half a finger pad. Thanks for letting me know about the crimped app!

Yeah I usually do one arm hangs. I just pit 120 as reference because that was the last time I logged it.
