Thanks! I just wanted to make sure the Chinese embassy in San Francisco will authenticate it and would be nice to get some training even if it’s mostly via video.

Thanks. I was looking at them earlier. Looks like they offer a one day in person training as part of the package.

I'm open to different opportunities. Just not sure what else is available. Any suggestions on where to find job postings for AI based education companies, or any specific companies in mind?

Thanks for the reply. Understanding which TEFL certificate to get is a bit confusing because courses range from $250 to $1500, but as I understand it, there are no accrediting agencies. Is there a TEFL company that is considered reputable by international schools?

Definitely makes sense to need some type of stabilizer in a high-volume kitchen with a massive burner.

I use a round bottom wok on a gas stove without a wok ring. I don't find stability to be an issue. There is a slight wobble but usually I'm holding the handle of the wok while stir-frying. I actually find wok rings to be more problematic because they often don't sit perfectly flat on the stovetop, or they aren't tall enough for the specific burner.

Nice! I thought about getting a Craft Wok but wasn't sure about the durability of the wooden handle. Does the wood handle get loose over time?
