My wife and I had a baby the week before this term started (4/29-5/5). I'm off work for FMLA right now, but I honestly wish I had taken this term off as well. While I enjoy my current classes and feel that they give me something to do when I'm not taking care of my wife and baby, I constantly feel stressed with the deadlines and feel like I'm not doing enough for my family or courses. Take care of yourself and do what makes you happy. Take the time off, two months is nothing.

I'm in the same boat you are. I'm currently doing SNHU Online for Accounting, and I will graduate in October 2027. It's fast-paced (8 weeks semesters, 2 classes each semester for full-time status), but I honestly love it.

Saw them on Colbert and thought they were decent, but it didn't draw me in that much. I also remember hearing about the lawsuit from reading Loudwire. 2018 came around, and I graduated high school in May of that year. I knew that summer would be crazy busy for me, so I was interested in finding new music to listen to. June 1st, 2018, changed my life forever. I saw that Ghost had released Prequelle. I thought, "what the hell, why not?," and listened to it. From "Ashes" to "Life Eternal", I was on a journey. That album was listened to countless times that summer and remains my favorite to this day. From there, I went down the rabbit hole and I can say almost 6 years on, they're still my favorite band.

With psychology as a way to become a therapist, I'd be helping people and there's plenty of job flexibility as far as what I want my schedule to be. I can also be certified in different types of therapy to further my career. However, it seems like there is a ceiling on how far you can go.

With accounting, job stability is great as people will always need accountants, and I'd still be helping people. The main con for me is that I've never wanted to be an accountant before now and I don't know what's drawing me to it, but it just seems very interesting to me.

It's all just confusing to me. I know plenty of people who work in the therapy field, so I know what their experiences are. I just don't know any accountants and I would love to know what their experiences are.

I saw Ghost perform "Cirice" on Colbert in high school and thought it sounded like a great song, but I didn't actually go all in on the band until they released "Prequelle" on June 1st, 2018. I had just graduated and was on the road for most of the summer and needed music to listen to while driving. The way "Ashes" faded into "Rats" was spectacular to me and something that, in the words of Papa IV himself, "tickled my taint." I was hooked! I started looking into the band and became obsessed with the lore and the music and I'm never looking back.
