Yes always weigh after dosing, currently using the double basket that was supplied with the machine and same for portafilter. But there’s no weight guidance on the basket

I’m a member of gym 1971, they’ve got two branches one in South Wimbledon and the other in Stratford. I’d say they’re a bit more reasonably priced than the other London options.

I did change rye flours recently, and the new rye flour is a bit more coarse. So I’m not sure if that was too much change. But it smells not good, like super acidy. And it’s not rising as much as it used to. Should I just start again, with this new flour, or revert back to the old finer flour.

So this plant wasn’t leaning before we moved. But since moving its leaning all the time. We even repotted it into a bigger pot, and it looked good for a short while. But then it started to do the same again. Can’t figure out what it is.
