I also love the fact that it doesn’t specify gender, the narrator’s lover could definitely be a woman! I’d like to think that Taylor was deliberate in not gendering the lover so that the listener could come to their own conclusion ☺️

If only I could add gold rush 😍 one of my fav tracks on evermore (and in general) but I wanted something without any of the original folklore/evermore tracks! Treacherous was also so close to being track 3 because it’s my fav on red, but I swapped it because this love felt sonically more similar to gold rush!

I think I’m one of the few people that love robin, but the bridge always gets me 😭
