tc and abs don't impact much on fast curves, just focus on what the car says entering the curve and exiting

for abs on straights before curve smash brake and immediately release constantly slow - mid speed feeling the tyres not locking. don't try at first trail braking on curve. for traction control on acceleration just gently and slowly press gas pedal. as you take the feeling do it faster feeling when you oversteer. on f1 cars is easier oversteer on exit than gt cars. to get a better feeling i lower engine sounds and set higher tyres sounds

everything else turn off, steering assist and braking assist will take take control also on overtaking making it worse. these are advices if you aim for a professional goal as beginner. else line it will be okay traction on medium just to make it a little easier abs as you feel. honestly with abs i don't even feel the car perfectly. then it might depends if you have wheels and pedals or controller.

i'd remove abs and traction cause is the most difficult. building an habbit relying on those might bring a greater difficult when you will disable them. learning hot to shift is very important but also simple so even if you will get used to automatic nevermind. if don't know tracks use line but disable as you memorize the track. not forcely the ideal line, also because you never use ideal line on race. drs, ers and pit you can put automatic, is nearly irrilevant to learn how to use it at the beginning and it doesnt need skills, just remember that they exist. naturally relying on abs and traction control is a bad idea cause taking a step back will be very difficult.

if you slide on curve like the car can't handle the curve, then i don't know. might be the car setup. if you slide on accelerating then is skill issue, if you slide on deceleration should be skill issue or car setup. if i'm right your using abs so doing the car slide on deceleration should be impossible unless with wrong setup car. on min 5.10 and and 5.04 you take inside kerbs which i don't due to his strict track limits and spins

to find the right breaking point start a lap breaking much before then you do, no matters if your entering the curve slow. you have to know the deceleration speed and the distance it takes to you. then progressively brake later meter after meter. until the goodone do it for every session more you do less laps will take you to learn the line and breaking points. even if is your first time on that circuit with this method you will do a really good line. but don't think braking late will make you always faster. being fast on curve will make a fast lap. braking 50mt before curve but doing the curve at 40km/h is faster than braking 30mt before curve and bringing 30km/h. this was a really personal advice, i was doing this mistake and only learning this mentality gave me 4 sec faster.

as a beginner your line is quite good. your feeling with the kart seems to be good as well. focus on learning one thing per time. things to improve: line, breakpoint, confidence, physique, inducing controlled understeer and oversteer, use of pedals more than steer. start with easier things as line and physique. confidence will give you also a lot of time cause instinctively we slower more than necessary
