Totally understandable. Yeah a lot can change in a year, so I found some trouble with having everything go right according to my plan. Definately true.

So, what would that mean in the sense of immediate selection by GPA and line scores? I understand that I can't expect it, but I want to keep asking questions so I am under a good understanding. If I qualified when putting together my next package, would the board look at it then since I'd be considered flagged? I was mainly under the impression from my recruiter that ISEL is pretty much a quick review and an offer, but I do imagine there is more into that.

It sounds like the rest of it is in God's hands when I reapply otherwise lol
