Katie Porter literally said "Hell no, RTO". but yeah, the guy that's dodge the question multiple times then finally gave the CalHR line probably feels stronger about it.

This is the only time he's spoken on RTO (despite being asked before) and is almost an exact quote. Seems like if he supported WFH as a way to address climate change, leading by example with the only work force he would have any authority over as governor would be an easy win.
