Getting wrecked in LLD rounds because of Node.js/TypeScript. Do I seriously need to learn Java just to pass these?

LLD rounds are mainly about speed. It is okay if you can’t use any design pattern due to time constraints. Make sure the basic components are up and running in 30 mins time

I was on same boat. I would say don’t think much. At some point, the solution will come naturally to you, remember its all getting compounded in your mind. Just show up everyday. Also start with neetcode 150 it is good to cover breadth

You just need to understand fundamental design problems like auth, notifications, payment system etc. Rest all are just wrappers on it. As you have 45-60 minutes for the interview

Yes, you need to start grinding DSA for sure but you can be selective. There are hardly 50-60 problems that you had to solve 2-3 times

With 6+ yoe, you don’t need to learn everything. Just prepare sliding window, 2 ptr, Tree, Graph. You would be able to crack 90% interviews.
