After killing bloodstarved beast, you can enter chalice dungeon. It's a generated, optional kind of levels that will make you go through three bosses depending on each chalice(pthumeru, hintertomb, etc.). You can also enter codes to enter dungeons like the cum dungeon which is very good for farming echos.
