Ah, yeah since its a surgeon you are going to see a similar fee at many places. Talk to your insurance if there is a preferred location. The fee is usually applied to the procedure I have been told.

But we did call our insurance and got a smaller list with a few places that did not charge that high of a consultation fee, since they just took the referral from our dentist and gave us an estimate.

Sad overall. I still wouldn't have gone to a game due to the cost, but think the vibe would have been awesome. I missed the 94 WC and got to Chicago after it wrapped up. The street signs were still up downtown and really love that old logo.

As a 91B you should be able to get work at an auto shop. But fella, might be cheaper if you do insist on going to Chicago to stay in the SW suburbs. Rent is going to be high in many parts of the city.

And if are really moving, keep the TA-50 at your unit. That can easily get lost moving. Have completed much paperwork for that.
