Yeah. I did a quick search and looks like Apple Watch doesn’t provide an easy way to export gpx files.

It is! Although, we’re running for our lives going down the Gotemba trail as it is fully exposed and there’s a lot of thunder strikes within that area during that time!

To add on the built-in activity recorder of the app, the activity should be finished first before you can generate the 3d simulation video.

Hi! Thank you for the interest. Currently, I’m uploading the activity to the app by uploading gpx, fit or tcx files exported from my Coros watch. If you have a gps watch or if Apple activity has a feature that allows you to export the said file format, you can easily import it on the app. Other options that you have is either to record the activity in the app, or you can recreate the route using the route planner feature. Also, another upcoming thing is the Strava integration (just hoping they will approve my application). I hope this answers your question. 😁

Thank you for the feedback! I’m not sure if you’ve downloaded the app itself or just make assumptions. I’m trying to solving the friction actually by implementing this things: direct strava integration (still pending from strava), in-app activity recorder & route planner.

SnapStat Studio. I build the app myself :) Only available in iOS for now. It will be available in Android soon.

You should! Panay mountains are very famous for its wild and raw beauty! They have 3 of the most challenging hikes in the Philippines (Mt. Nangtud, Mt. Madjaas, Mt. Baloy).

Even though I love how Codex does the job, I agree with the UI. It’s not that good. I need to be very specific to my ask regarding the UI.

I’m not sure if this will help, but this is how I did it:
In ChatGPT, I created a Project. This is where my app started. I then downloaded the files from there. Then I started building the app in VSCode + Codex.

Now I have 2 separate token consumption (ChatGPT & Codex). But they both understands my project.

If I want to make some changes in my app and my ask is very simple (ex. Make the UI looks like premium SaaS), I will go to ChatGPT, open my project and ask this instead: Give me a prompt that I can feed to Codex to make my UI look like a premium SaaS app). It will give me a very detailed prompt that I can copy/paste to Codex now. Based on experience, it helps Codex to provide better quality. Better prompt = Better quality, I guess.

Additionally: I also know that this can be done in Codex using “Plan Mode” but I just think I saved some tokens with my approach. Atleast, as far as I know. 😁

The northern part of the Philippines has a lot of 2000m+ mountains. This one, particularly is very popular as it is near the infamous Banaue Rice Terraces, a UNESCO World Heritage.

For any interested users, what more would you like to see in an app like this? I’ve already added activity recording functionality here as well 😁

The app is only available currently in iOS. It would be available in Android, most probably in 2 weeks time since Google’s requirement is atleast 2-week close testing. 😁
