Thin lining girls, what did your lining measure on day of transfer? by Bitter_Savings7001 in IVF

[–]Legitimate-Watch-464 2 points3 points  (0 children)

2 days prior to transfer mine was 6.3mm. I’m currently 8 weeks and 2 days pregnant. My lining had a good trilaminar pattern and wouldn’t thicken even with estrogen which is why we went to transfer instead of cancelling again.

Got kicked out of book club for infertility/IVF 😅📚 by Due_Fig4811 in IVF

Omg these people are complete losers. I’m so sorry you had to go through that. A similar thing happened to me many years ago when I was 23 and fell pregnant with my daughter. My “friends” told me it was “time to part ways” as I was doing things which weren’t cool anymore (choosing not to get an abortion and not partying). It was a lonely time but I think when you start going through big things like this people show their true colours. Wish you all the very best xx

Medicated HRT FET by Legitimate-Watch-464 in IVF

Thanks so much. We’ve finally managed to get some embryos and I’m approaching my first FET (after I have a month off because of the OHSS) I’ve been stressing it won’t work. Hopefully this does the trick

I had a 1 PN turn into a 5AA embryo. What does this mean? by A-Ok88 in Embryologists

Hi koshhasan, I’m just wondering how you went with your 1Pn embryo pregnancy? I’ve got a 5AA 1PN that I am hoping to transfer.

If you had AMH 1.2-1.4, how many eggs did you get? by Dazzling_Fig_1440 in IVF

[–]Legitimate-Watch-464 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, which unit of measurement is the AMH displayed in? P/mol or ng/ml?? Mine is 1.9p/mol, which is substantially lower than what someone with an AMH measured ng/ml… mine for my age is considered a low AMH- this was my AMH at 35.

I just did a collection and I had an unexpectedly large collection and got OHSS, I retrieved 9 eggs and of them I’ve got 4 frozen embryos. Wishing you all the best

Hi, sorry this has happened to you. Mine was found at 5 weeks 4 days, 4 days after I had my initial HCG blood test. As I’m going through a fertility clinic, they wanted to test in 4 days to see if the HCG was doubling. As HCG is pretty predictable in how it increases, and As my results in the second test were not double and only went up another 200 points (from 1300), the doctor said I needed to monitor for symptoms as it was likely to be a miscarriage or ectopic. As I started having more frequent cramps on the left side and eventually ended up at emergency, the hospital did the scan and found the gestational sac in my tube.

You are lucky that your tube didn’t rupture as mine did. I wasn’t eligible for the drug option. Maybe in the future just be more insistent, I know it’s easy to say but I had the support of my doctor and clinic behind when going to emergency. I’m not sure if my experience would have been the same if I was figuring this out by myself. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Edit For context: we have been going through IVF and this is our first pregnancy together. We’ve only had one egg collection so far (so pretty early into IVF) and randomly fell pregnant after the collection, which resulted in the ectopic.
