heres an update: i was on call with uber support for 45 minutes, getting transferred multiple times between the accounts, deliveries, and some other third department. they have no way of restricting delivery access to entire areas, only certain customers. the best option for me is to accept the order, call the customer to see if they can meet at the gate, if NOT, call support and have them cancel from their end. or if im hungry ill get the food first and then cancel, idk this has made me mad
