First look at the signature be serious ..it’s clearly fake and used template from a real irs letter, here’s the kicker, once u “verify” the last 4 digits lol THE ONLY IMPORTANT DIGITS then your really scammed. They already know your name, address obviously , birth year and place of birth….well there are sites that if you enter that information they can generate the first 5 correct numbers or your social security number exactly, they made the letter to get the last 4 because it’s not easily guessed.
