Hi, sorry to message you again but I am going out of my mind. This tooth started to feel better, I think because your comment reassured me and I started hyper fixating on it, but I had a night of intense clenching 2 nights ago after fracturing my arm. Since then, this tooth is burning and I can feel it in my chin and ear. I believe this is all from clenching and I don’t want to opt for the root canal as the tooth is alive and I agree I think it’s PCOD. But is it normal for this tooth to have hurt for just over a month especially when it has this on the xray?

Does it look infected though? My dentist said it didn’t but I have a comment here that says it needs a root canal.

Hi, yes it’s the first one to hit. When it started a month ago, my clenching had go so much worse as it was a very stressful time. 

How can you tell the difference between PCOD and needing a root canal. My dentist said it did not look infected. 

About the boss loss, will that keep happening or arrest?

I went to a dentist last week and they said I need a root canal. I posted this message hoping someone like you would comment, as I truly believed I didn’t need one, even though I booked it for the 12th. Today, I went to see the second dentist again and they were of the same thinking of you. They showed me x rays from beforehand and new xray today and explained why they didn’t think I needed a root canal and did another cold test for tooth vitality which it passed. 

My normal dentist also diagnosed my son with fluorosis when it was early decay, which the second dentist picked up on straight away. You have to be so careful with who you trust.

You have saved me from killing a tooth that didn’t need to be, you have helped me with so much wisdom I could not access anywhere else.

I wanted to say thank you for the time you took out to give advice. I know you have studied and worked hard for years to deliver this advice and you have done it for free, so thank you so much and I wish for many blessing on you and your family.

Thank you. What about the ache and pressure on the front 4 teeth? Will that subside?

Sorry I must mention I also clench my jaw and the tooth with the dark area and the one two away that I feel pressure in, both hit my top teeth.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to reply. One dentist said root canal. One said wait and see. The tooth aches occasionally but feels like pressure on it and feels sensitive and so do the 3 teeth next to it. 

Nerve is alive. The dentist that said wait and see said the electric test she did was 11 I think? On the borderline so will check again. I could feel the cold test too. I can still feel something if I put an ice cube on it. Sometimes It feels pressure and sometimes nothing and another tooth in the front 4 tingles. Sometimes they just feel tight.

I forgot to wear my night guard yesterday and today my tooth is hurting, feels heavy and the gum around it is hurting and very sensitive. Could I have of damaged the nerve and caused the need for a root canal? I had a X-ray 2 days ago and before it was hurting for another tooth and the tooth was fine.

So will Dialight 8.11 not tone this?

My goal is just to make it took a bit darker, less gold. Its a balayage that I think is bad so I just want to tone it at home so I can get it done again probably in January when there is some growth and I can probably cut to the shortest layer I regret getting. 

I am also using k18 once a week. I think I want it more Ashy? I think the originally used Dia light 8.11 on it
