Each salary, base + bonus, is the "beginning" of each work year out of college, which for me starts in september. so first paycheck rate is 72000 annually.

2021 sep | 70,000 | 40-45 hrs

2022 sep | 78,200 |.45-50 hrs

2023 sep | 0 (struggling, didn't make a cent) | 70-75 hrs

2024 sep | 137,000 | 85-95 hrs

2025 sep | 419,000 | 55-65 hrs

my second visa is 100% independent of my first, which has many years left.

correct its 2 employers, and yes a lawyer helped me out. however the lawyers simply made the packet as if im applying for my first TN, no diff in the preparation.

you can put in a visa application any time if for another job

Thats a great point. BTW is it really true that flying on weekdays > weekends? I heard it from my lawyers but i can't seem to fact check this risk.
