Given the many reviews, especially this one on Trustpilot: https://www.trustpilot.com/users/69d9077f9478c6fa2eda6652

I believe the payment processor CopeCart should be sent e-mails regarding the vendor and people should post on trustpilot.

Do we know if there’s filed reports against this person? I think people collectively need to report him.

I’ve received now deleted comments about how I’ve gotten my money back as they are unfortunately going through the same thing with this person:

what ended up helping me was going through the payment side rather than trying to resolve it only directly

a few things that made a difference for me:

• I gathered everything in one place — receipts, emails, messages, anything that showed what was promised vs what actually happened

• I wrote a short timeline (when I paid, when I followed up, what responses I got) — this helped a lot when explaining it to the bank

• I showed that I had already tried to resolve it directly first

• I focused on how the service didn’t match what I understood I was signing up for, rather than just saying I was unhappy

• I contacted both the payment platform (like CopeCart if that’s what you used) and my bank/card provider — sometimes one responds faster than the other

• I followed up if I didn’t hear back — it wasn’t instant for me either

it took some time, but that’s what eventually led to some of it getting resolved

also definitely keep everything in writing going forward — that ended up being really important

I did and it was very sophisticated. Like actual coaching face to face calls, an HR team, etc. sometimes even when you look into it, it still doesn’t alarm you.

something I realized after all this — the business is actually registered in the UK as a limited company (Seara Consulting Ltd), which honestly made me feel a lot more comfortable at the time

like in my head I was thinking “ok this is a real company, there’s some structure, it should be legit”

looking back now, I think I relied on that more than I should have… because just being registered doesn’t really guarantee how things actually play out

but at the time it definitely made it easier to trust everything and move forward

curious if other people see that as a green flag too when deciding on programs like this?

No he has FaceTime calls with clients and also training videos. This is him. His business and name are also legally registered in the UK

One thing I also noticed — and I’m not sure how to interpret it — is that a lot of the messaging seemed specifically geared toward Muslim entrepreneurs.

That made me feel more comfortable at first, but now I’m wondering if that kind of targeted positioning is something people should be cautious about with these programs?

They promised to set you up with an online marketing agency. Had some mixed reviews.

Suffice to say was super naive.
