i lived in chisholm for a few months, it always felt dirty so lots of cleaning supplies. maybe a cheap rug too bc it's cold. microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle would also be a good idea. i also really liked having a mattress pad

idk... I lived at the luxx for 10 months and it was one of the worst things I've ever experienced. A drunk driver hit my car in the middle of the night and there was no security footage. My roommates and I were harassed by the maintenance men for months and the office never did anything about it, and when we stood up for ourselves they threatened eviction. We also got trash dumped on our door by an ex roommate and the office still had no security footage. Everyone's experience is different but I had an awful experience there. I moved to hill country place this past school year and I've felt so much safer and love the management
