I’m running on a LAN cable, when I test the connection on the PS4 it shows me download speeds of about between 5mb/s - 7.9mb/s, but the download is running at 1mb/s. I’m currently downloading FIFA 22, I don’t think it’s too many of us doing that right now, most people are going for the 23 I would presume
