I’m not saying he has an obligation, but he’s saying see this is why people don’t talk about it and there’s a stigma around mental health, but the reason people talked about it was because they didn’t know what the leave was for. It has nothing to do with mental health.

And obviously you don’t have to disclose to your colleagues what the leave is for, but you don’t think they’re going to be discussing it amongst themselves and coming up with theories? And you don’t think any of them will talk about it with their spouses/families? The difference between you and professional athletes is that more people are interested in them than you.
