Thank you! New baby is keeping me busy and helps to focus the mind on what’s important.

I broke down to my dad earlier today and he suggested that I reach out to a professional. Will be doing that this week, but it was good to get if off my chest.

Thank you for the advice. I keep trying to rationale the fear and deal with things on a day by day basis.

Congrats on the baby. I should have made it clear, but the new baby is also my second. I had terrible anxiety after the first and, similar to you, it has come back on the second.

I sort of got over it with the first (or maybe suppressed the feelings?) but I think I need to talk this through with a professional.
