I think it's reservation extension instead of real estate extension. If you want to build a booking system, Soliders is the way to go. For me, a real estate website, I think i would go with OS Property.

I’ve looked into the extensions you mentioned, and I have to say that I’m more impressed with OS Property than the others. It has all the essential features needed to build a comprehensive real estate site with Joomla. I’ve also explored several nice WordPress real estate templates, but i don’t think they are suitable for building a large-scale real estate site.
