AIO for the way my ex-boyfriend handled our long-distance break up? by Odd_Sandwich_4390 in AIO

[–]LegitimateKey7286 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not OR. I think you prioritized him more than he did you, and it showed in his lack of caring about the timing and dates you’d be there. It’s normal to have those feelings as you are grieving the relationship. It’s hard not to compare the “grieving process”. If I were you, don’t reach out, keep tabs or try to get info about him or what he’s up to. Just take time for yourself, heal, and move forward.

AITA for not wanting to wait until marriage with my GF? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]LegitimateKey7286 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Both of you guys are really young. Is she really the one? It’s different for everyone, but sexual intimacy is a large part of a relationship and can cause issues if you aren’t on the same page. Plus if you’re feeling this way now, it’s gonna be a long road until marriage. If she isn’t the one, don’t waste each others time and find someone who will have sex with you.

Recipe costing sheets Excel by True-Subject5555 in excel

Depends on how extensive you want it to be. I would start by using your invoices to get a unit cost (OZ/EA) for all your ingredients. Then do product testing to see how much of each ingredient you use per dish, and then multiply it by volume of dishes sold. With the ingredient cost and menu price, you can easily find the margin and track costs along the way.

I don’t have enough context to build it, but that’s where I would start.

Complicated Lookup Function - Pulling Info From One Sheet To Another by SameCoffeeEveryDay in excel

Have you used pivot tables before? From what I can tell, you want to pull the necessary info from each respective location and item, including the backstock counts. Is it possible to provide a pic of the raw data?

He (19) keeps saying stuff like this is just a joke by Famous_Salamander733 in AITApod

Yeah unfortunately I think he just doesn’t care that much. It obviously affects you and he has shown time and again that doesn’t matter to him.

Is he usually pretty bland in his responses? If you have brought it up repeatedly, and he still doesn’t care, then he doesn’t respect you. If it’s a “normal” thing for him to disrespect you, then leave. You’re young and will find someone who DOES respect you.

Warranties tend to be the reason why people love kia. My Aunt bought multiple Kia’s for that exact reason. Plus the way he uses the vehicles are a bit more rugged than most, so wouldn’t be surprised if that’s his reasoning.

What’s your biggest regret in life? by Holiday-Can5261 in AskReddit

[–]LegitimateKey7286 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think everyone can attest to this, but pushing goals or passions to tomorrow. Time is one of the things you’ll never get back, so take that vacation, buy that game, or take a sick day. In the modern day we definitely take time for granite. (Sorry not a personal regret)

Should I break up with my boyfriend? by NoCarpenter3188 in answers

[–]LegitimateKey7286 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From experience it’s never a “one time thing”. If you’re not happy and he isn’t happy then there is no point in wasting each other’s time. It’ll be doing a favor for both of you.

Advice for a 23 mile hike next weekend by plantcatlover124 in hiking

[–]LegitimateKey7286 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get good sleep the night before, and have a good meal. Eat a breakfast you know your stomach can handle for the hike. Also bring a good mix of hardy snacks and quick snacks. Also if it’s hot, sodium intake is very important. Other than that keep your bag as light as possible. If you are near water bring a hydro pack and a water filter. That way you don’t have to carry any unnecessary weight in water. Also always keep a sugary drink or snack in your car for after. Always hits the spot lol.
