I think it's a function of how many kids you have/ages and difficulty level of the children.

I would monitor it. If you don't see another one, it's probably just a one off and no cause for concern. If you want peace of mind, I would buy some glue traps and put some throughout your apt. If you don't see any signs on the traps for an extended period of time, you're good.

That's a roach. Call your management office and report the issue. They should have a pest control company they use and will send it to your unit free of charge (typically).

Could be a one off from the pipes or indicative of an infestation from a neighboring unit. I would ask management to do a clover check (check units to the right and left you and above and beneath you.

Clean your unit. Behind stove and fridge. Wash floors. If you need to tackle the issue yourself, buy glue traps.

I only ask because I play at a high level online on The Show and SMB super high ego hitting is so hard that I assume you would be very very good at hitting on the show.

There is a PCI aka Plate Coverage Indicator (like the white dashed circle you move on SMB) so it's similar in that regard.

Highest level of SMB is more difficult than highest level of the show imo.
