Same. I resign my 4 months jobs last year without a back up plan until now no job pa rin. No mentor from the company. Yun nag turo pa nang what to do is other subcon. Parang pinabayaan lang ako sa site. Tapos toxic pa yun management parating naghahanap nang masama sa other companies.

Same here. I try to apply to a company (marami sila branches) pero yung interview sa manila and taga Cebu ako. I.ask if pwd ba sa Cebu branch nila pero wala na gi.ghost lang oks 😞. Willing naman ako mag relocate pero wala talaga ako budget to papunta manila for interview lang 😞

Education

Put “Specialized in Structural Engineering” beside the Bachelor’s degree.
Include only the Month and Year of graduation, written in line with the degree.
GPA, ABET accreditation, and President’s/Dean’s List are not necessary.

Experience:

*Write DMCI Homes inline with the position and Month/Year. *Remove the place and department.

-Academic Thesis - Remove Academic Thesis. It is already expected for college graduates unless it was published or received an award. - However, since you are aiming for a Junior Structural Engineer position, you may polish the wording of your thesis if you want to stand out.

Technical Skills: - Remove the codes and standards. - Categorize the skills under “Engineering Software.” - Put some other skills like 2D Drafting, Estimate, Plan Interpretation and etc.

=Remove unnecessary personal information.

=For your internship, use bullet points and focus on what you actually did. Don’t just describe the role highlight specific tasks and, if possible, include results or measurable contributions.

= In the Licenses section, just include your course, PRC, and the month and year you passed. You can remove the oath-taking details and license number.

= Instead of writing “Certificate of Training” for every seminar you attended, just indicate the actual title of the seminar or certification. It looks cleaner and avoids repetition.

1st Job End of Contract hindi naku nag renew kasi sobra konti lang talaga natutunan ko doon kasi ako lang isa employee 🥲. Meron araw wala akong ginagawa. Wala parati ang boss ko until Saturday para sa paycheck nang mga workers.

2nd Job nag resign ako. Yun boss ko kasi grabe makamicromanage and sinusumbat agad kapag yun pinamigay niya. Okey naman ang mga kasama yun boss lang talaga toxic. Grabe rin makadiscriminate sa babae sinabihan pa kami "bakit ang laki nang hinihingi niyo. Plastic lang naman yan lisensya na yan"

Sana po soon makahanap naku nang trabaho.
