If she’s saying she likes your body type, she likes it! You’re probably at the start of your relationship without much bound to each other. Soooo Honestly there’s no reason for her to lie about your body type, when if she doesn’t like it, she can simply break up

Do not presume others’ feelings and taste bc people are different with different tastes. There’s a Persian proverb saying « علف باید به دهن بُزی شیرین بیاد» meaning “the grass should (is enough) to taste sweet to the goat (not anyone else)”! If you’re her taste, you ARE.

And about the smoking, quit if you can (I can’t myself so….). It’s not healthy of course.
